A little bit about me...
Nick Rock has been a licensed agent in Northeast Ohio since 2013. Throughout the first decade of this career he spent the majority of the time working with a large team in the area which saw year after year growth. With a history in media and marketing Nick looked to specialize in working with sellers and focus on what works best to attract the most buyers to listings. All of these tools are used to our advantage today and help to give our sellers more leverage in negotiations thanks to the high amount of interest and marketability. In starting Nick Rock & Co Real Estate Group the focus was to utilize things like this to ease of transaction for both buyers and sellers while being able to stand behind some of the best terms on either side. Furthermore, the team is able offer all of this at a more competitive rate than other local agencies. Originally from the Canton South area Nick currently resides in Jackson and services the majority of Stark and surrounding counties.
